Our Fee for a Schedule of condition
begin from £250.

A Schedule of Condition records the current state of your property. This is undertaken before your neighbour(s) works commence.
This process would occur when an adjoining owner(s) consents to the work but would feel more comfortable with a Schedule of Condition being carried out. This ensures both the building owner and adjoining owner are covered in case of any damage.

Our Fee for a Party Wall Award begin from £600

Our fees start from £600 and include the servicing of notice(s). As an example, you may need to serve 10 notices to various neighbours, at C&C Surveyors you will not have to pay for individual notices. Whatever the amount of notices required to serve on your neighbour(s) this will be included within ONE fee.
